21 Day Fix Extreme – ABC Extreme review

ACCOUNTABILITY – Day 20 of the 21 Day Fix Extreme and today I tried the ABC Extreme workout for the first time. Good core and leg workout overall. Legs are sore all the time with this program as Autumn really focuses on the legs and core in many of the workouts. Fast paced workout where the moves are 1 minute long and you alternate between a leg workout (squats, jumps, leg raises) and core moves (crunches, side raises, rotations, etc). You do two rounds of a bunch of moves and the second round is faster for some reason.
