21 Day Fix Extreme Power Strength – this is one of the 3 bonus workouts I will do this week and I liked this one overall. No weights are used as it is all body weight. Main focus is on the legs and core. No pushups. You do a number of crawl type moves, rollups, leg squats and some combination moves that hit your whole body. Not a heavy sweat type of cardio workout but a good one as my legs felt it. This is the workout where you swap out Plyo for this one.
