21 Day Fix Extreme – Yoga Review

21Day Fix Yoga Extreme:  This is a really good 30 minute yoga routine that takes all the basic moves, adds in some nice balance and stretching and introduced me to a few new moves as well.  This is a non stop worrkout but it is yoga so you don’t burn a lot of calories but my body feels so much better now.  I have not done yoga for a while and have done yoga from X, X2, X3 and Tony Horton’s Hummingbird and Fountain of youth and I liked this one overall.  Autumn doesn’t explain the moves too much so you do need to know the basic moves but other than that the pace was good and I even burnt around 200 calories in the 30 minutes.  Of course there is a modifier as well.
