Hammer & Chisel – 15 Minute Glute Chisel Review

This is one of the workouts you get in the Deluxe package and it is 15 minutes of getting your glutes to scream! You do 25 reps per leg so the moves are slow and as such you feel them. My glutes were feeling it from the start. I did this after another workout which made it a bit more intense.

You can use a medicine ball (recommended) or a dumbbell for most of the moves.

I liked this for a very focused workout and one to add once in a while.
