Hammer & Chisel – Chisel Agility Review

Today was Chisel Agility and Autumn has you doing all sorts of moves to work your agility and legs of course. This one to me started a bit slow but picked up some intensity as I went through. You do 2 rounds of the same moves with each move being 1 minute.

Moves include:
* high knee runs
* plank
* jumps
* and all sorts of variations of the above.

This has some new moves and ones that are a little similar to the Agility type of P90X3 workout.

No weights are needed in this one either.
