Hammer & Chisel – Chisel Endurance Review

Chisel means time with Autumn as your trainer. This one turned up the intensity from the workouts so far!

These are 1 minute exercises so some of them can feel long. Really got my heart rate up from the start and kept it there the whole time. Moves fast with little breaks. Endurance is the name and it delivers.

The moves include:
* Bench Run Ups
* Negative Pull-Ups
* Step Ups
* Decline pushups
* Rows
* Incline bench press
* Planks

You do those moves each TWICE – so 2 rounds to get you a great workout.

I burnt 505 calories and had my heart rate max out at 175 with an average of 150.
