Hammer & Chisel’s Hammer Build Up Review – This workout is in the Deluxe DVD which I highly recommend.  In that DVD you get 4 really good workouts where you can add into your schedule to mix things up even more.

This is a total body workout where Sagi and Autumn both take you through this 30 minute workout.  It is fast paced with 30 second moves on all exercises.  You focus on 1 body part per round which I also really like.  The sequence is legs, back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core.  Pick your weights correctly and this will rock your body pretty good.

  • Round 1: Squats, from-back lunges, step-ups
  • Round 2: pull ups, reverse grip rows, pullover, reverse flys
  • Round 3: 1 hand ball pushups, bench flys, feet on ball pushups, incline press
  • Round 4: military press, lateral raises, upright rows, anterior raise
  • Round 5: curls, hammer curls, concentration curls, rotation curls
  • Round 6: dips, kickbacks, skull crusher
  • Round 7: plank on ball, ball mountain climbers, windshield wipers

I added in 3 sets of 10 rep dumbbell presses and 3 sets of 10 rep curls at the end as I like adding in more resistance training to these.  This could be my new favorite of the program.
