Hammer & Chisel – Masters Cardio Review

This review is on Hammer & Chisel’s Masters Cardio bonus workout.  This is a really good supplemental workout in my opinion and not one to do alone in the schedule unless you are just starting out and struggling with some of the workouts.  It is only 15 minutes long but fast-paced.

The focus is on your legs while getting your heart rate up.  Sagi and Autumn are in this together and they take you through different exercises with 30 reps each.  These will BURN your legs even with no weights.  The pace is fast so be ready.  There are many variations on lunges, some jumps and a big finish with 30 burpees for some fun.
