Autumn works your total body very quickly in this workout so be prepared to sweat and lift with very little downtime. This workout works your legs, chest, back, biceps and triceps. It has 3 rounds of 3 exercises that you do three times. All the moves are 10 reps so you can use some heavy weights.
- Bench Press
- Reverse Grip Row
- Lunges – right and then left
- Incline Fly
- Lat Pull-overs
- Step downs with a cross over
- Incline Curls
- Bench Dips
I used 25, 30, 35, 50 and 60 lb dumbbells and will go up to 65s on some moves next time. Really good fast paced workout where I burnt a solid 550 calories in 30 minutes with my heart rate maxing out at 176 and averaging 151 so I was sucking wind! This is due to working major muscle groups at a fast pace.
