22 Minute Hard Corps – Cold Start Review

I highly recommend doing this warmup workout before you do any of the workouts.  In 22 Minute Hard Corps there is no warmup so this is needed.  It is also one where you will sweat a little too!

10 minutes overall where you do some running in place, low cardio moves while adding in some nice stretch moves.
