22 Minute Hard Corps – Core 2 Review

In Core 1 you do all the moves with 11 reps. In Core 2 you do all the same moves but now at 22 reps!  Much different for sure.  They add maybe another minute overall so the pace is fast.  I could not complete all 22 reps so this is a challenge that I will meet in this program!!!!
