I wanted to share this great Podcast that Chalene Johnson created about SLEEP and how it impacts your fitness journey.  We all struggle with getting enough sleep but as Chalene shares with us, sleep is so important to help you eat less, loose more weight and just feel better.

Here are a few tips to get started.

  1. Move your bedtime up 15 minutes earlier tonight.
  2. Make a rule to stop watching TV/phone/computer at a specific time.
  3. Set an actual bedtime – lights off!
  4. Make your to-do list before you go to sleep.
