I hope you had a happy and safe time this holiday season, and have a happy New Year! Speaking of New Year’s it’s time to be thinking about that New Year’s resolution. Would you like to get back in shape or set a new fitness goal for 2018?

If you are like me, you may have fallen way off your fitness goals or just a little.  I am way off and I am here to admit it.  I have been enjoying myself a little too much and really need to get back focused and ready to kick 2018 off.

This means I need to focus on my eating and workouts.  I need help — accountability from as many folks as I can get.  This may sound familiar — does it?

You can do any workout you want and if you are ready for a new one there is a great one I wanted to share a little new about.  A new program called 80 Day Obsession comes out this January! It’s the perfect way to kick off the new year and it will have 80 unique workouts that release 1 each day starting January 15th. Also the trainer (Autumn Calabrese) will be sharing her timed nutrition meal plan for the first time. With nutritional science it’s important not only to eat the right types of founds in the right portions, but also at the right times of day. You will learn all about this with her new program.

You will need to get one of the program bundles that gives you everything that you need including the equipment (bands and sliders), starter guide, containers, and optionally Beachbody On Demand, Shakeology, and the performance (energize & recovery) if you need it.
