My Summary of Beachbody’s LIIFT4 Workout Program

I also plotted all my heart rate numbers and averaged them in for both rounds per type of workout and the image is below. I do this to know which workouts were the most calorie burners and to see what it looks like at the end. Some surprises and others are what you thought it would be. Like Legs 50/50 being the most calorie burner but I would have thought Full Body HIIT would be higher…but I guess it is a bit shorter than some others.   See the chart below:
