Get Ready for BODi – Beachbody On Demand Interactive!
Coming September 2021 Beachbody will be bringing the fun and connectivity of live workouts into your home, with their brand-new premium-level service called BODi (pronounced “BODY”).
What is BODi?
Beachbody on Demand Interactive, or BODi for short, is an optional add-on to Beachbody on Demand and includes virtual group exercise classes for all fitness levels! Members will be able to pick from cardio, HIIT, bootcamp, pilates, barre, core, yoga, and live indoor cycling classes, as well as, meal prep classes and nutrition programs.
Did You Say Indoor Cycling?!
Yes! BODi cycling classes will be an immersive cycling experience full of energy using Beachbody’s new MYX 2.0 bike! The bike’s touchscreen allows you to stream your workout and integrates your heart rate monitor to maximize your training!

Who are the BODi Trainers?
You’ll see your favorite Beachbody super trainers like Autumn Calabrese, Shaun T, Jericho McMatthews, Joel Freeman, Megan Davies, Idalis Velazquez, Elise Joan, and Amoila Cesar and some new faces!
Jennifer Jacobs, a former senior Peloton instructor, is joining as the newest super trainer!! Her new program, JOB1, will incorporate the MYX bike, as well as live classes. It will be available in December. JOB1 is the first Beachbody program to be filmed in both English and French.
Who is BODi for?
If you’ve ever wanted to just enjoy a workout without committing to a full program, you’re going to love BODi! It will be perfect for anyone who loves Orange Theory, Crossfit, or Barry’s Bootcamp because you can add in classes in a similar way!
When Does It Launch and How Much Is It?
BODi will be available in September with a special BODi beta test for Nutrition+ members in August. Launch price is $19.95 monthly on top of your normal BOD membership. (Even at the $19.95 a month on top of the annual $99 Beachbody on Demand membership, it’s cheaper than Peloton’s membership service.) There may be introductory savings offers, so stay tuned for that.
How is BODi Different from Regular BOD?
Beachbody on Demand has over 1000 workouts with popular Beachbody programs like 80 Day Obsession, 21 Day Fix, Insanity, P90X, LIIFT4, and Body Beast just to name a few.
BODi will include new classes every single day! You’ll be able to mix them into programs or just do the live classes. BODi will also have the music and indoor cycling options, and the chance to be part of the BODcast.

What Equipment Is Needed for 645?
You’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and Power Loops for most workouts.
Power Loops are the next generation of resistance bands with a grippier, woven texture that helps sculpt, strengthen, and activate your glutes.
There are two Power Loops — grey for lighter resistance and black for heavier resistance.
A mat for floor work is also recommended.
Bonus workouts may require additional equipment including a foam roller, a mat, a pull-up bar, or Beachbody Control Track.

|Summer Fruit Salad with a Lemon, Honey, and Mint Dressing
Serves 4 | A simply elegant fruit salad paired with a sweet and tangy dressing
- 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 large fresh peach, cut into cubes
- 1 large nectarine, cut into cubes
- ½ red Anjou pear, cut into cubes
- ½ cup seedless grapes, halved
- ¼ lemon, zested
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
- ½ tablespoon honey
Combine watermelon, strawberries, peaches, nectarines, pear, and grapes in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk lemon juice, mint, lemon zest, and honey together in a small bowl; drizzle over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.
